PAUL HEYMAN: Heyman says he won’t have a written HOF speech and will let crowd dictate direction

Appearing on The Rich Eisen Show yesterday, soon-to-be
inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Paul Heyman said that he
will not have a planned speech for his induction and will
let the Philly crowd dictate how they want it to go.

“I’m going to figure this out as we go along. I’m going to
take the pulse of the room that night. I’m going to wing
this,” Heyman said.

Winging it will surely not be a problem for Heyman, regarded
as one of the industry’s best talkers, and he has plenty of
stories from his career that he can dig into.

Heyman said he doesn’t know what the crowd will expect from
him, saying it could be modern-day WWE, Roman Reigns and the
Bloodline, or even ECW since they will be in Philadelphia.

“I really won’t know until I take the temperature of the
room that night. And as you know better than I, you always
have to know your audience. So once I feel the crowd, I’ll
pretty much know what I have to do to deliver for them,”
Heyman confidently said.
