Day of Celebration in memory of Stephanie Williams on June 23, to benefit Maddison and Colton Care Fund

Posted on 6/19/118 by Bob MageeThis Day of Celebration is for Stephanie Williams
(Burtnett), murdered as a victim of domestic violence in the
June 1 murder-suicide by Chuck (Rockin' Rebel) Williams. It
benefits a care fund for the two children left orphaned by
his actions. The link to the Go Fund Me below goes to the
same fund, especially for those who cannot attend or who
don't live in the Philadelphia area.

Dear Community Members, Neighbors and Friends,

It is with a heavy heart that our friend Stephanie Burtnett
Williams was taken from us too soon as a victim of domestic
violence on June 1, 2018. Stephanie was a loving mother,
daughter, sister and friend who leaves behind her two young
children Colton and Maddison.

A born leader, Stephanie was a volunteer at Fern Hill
Elementary school in the West Chester Area School District
and Girl Scout Troop 4926 leader. She devoted many hours to
her Girl Scouts where her creativity and organizational
skills shined. She loved the girls like her own children.

To ensure Stephanies children are given the love, security,
and the best care possible, we are celebrating her life on
June 23 during a Community Memorial Fundraiser. The event is
open to the entire community and will include a silent
auction, raffles, food, family games, and much more. The day
will provide an opportunity to keep Stephanies memory alive
while raising funds to support her children. Event details
are as follows:

Date: Saturday, June 23, 2018 (Rain date of June 24th)
Time: 12 - 6pm
Location: Goshen Fire Company, Station 54 1320 Park Avenue,
West Chester, PA 19380
We are hoping you will join us in supporting the event by
coming out and showing your support.

All event proceeds will go directly to the Maddison and
Colton Care Fund, set up for the children through the Girl
Scouts Turks Head Service Unit and Fern Hill Elementary Cub
Scout Pack 21, managed by TD bank. The fund will help assist
the children with college tuition and any emergency
situations that may arise in the future.
