AEW announced the signing of former Dallas Mavericks center
Satnam Singh who begins his wrestling training at The
Nightmare Factory.

Singh is known as the first-ever NBA player from India and
is 73 and Cody Rhodes and QT Marshalls school will be in
charge of getting him ready for prime time television.

While weve recently secured some of the hottest free
agents on the planet, Im also deeply committed to
cultivating our own homegrown stars and the next generation
of extraordinary professional wrestlers, said AEW President
Tony Khan in a press release. In addition to Satnams
commanding 73 stature, I was impressed with his high level
of athleticism and charisma. Hes an exciting addition to
our roster, and Im looking forward to our fans getting to
know Satnams personality and watching his development.

The move comes after AEW struck a television deal to
broadcast both Dynamite and Rampage in India on Eurosport.
