The UFC dodged a bullet this week after UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo was hit by a car while driving his motorcycle through the streets of Brazil.
The news comes just days after Erik Koch was forced out of a October 13th title fight against Aldo with an injury and was replaced by Frankie Edgar.
After getting checked out and hearing that everything was OK, Aldo_s coach Andre Pederneiras suggested the reigning 145lb kingpin take public transport until after his UFC 153 title defense.
