Forrest Griffin Disappointed Following UFC 134 Loss To Shogun

Following his first round loss to Mauricio "Shogun" Rua last night at UFC 134, Forrest Griffin was disappointed which his performance and spoke about it post fight with MMAFighting.com:
"It_s just setting in," he said of the loss. "I think that_s a fight where I definitely could have done a lot better. It sucks when you do poorly at your job."
Griffin and Rua had fought once before, at UFC 76, with Griffin taking the fight via a third round submission.
Something that most didn_t know prior to the bout was that Griffin_s wife in Las Vegas was in labor.
"If I had known it was going to work out like this, I would not have taken the fight," Griffin joked, adding that he was "supposed to have nine more days" until the baby_s birth.
Griffin was rushed back to Las Vegas following his fight.
