Rejuvenated welterweight Dennis Hallman (50-13-2-1) has signed a new four fight contract with the UFC. MMAjunkie.com initially reported the news, which has been confirmed with Hallman himself.
“Superman” has pieced together a 2-1 record with the promotion since resigning in 2009.
Since falling in defeat to heavy handed John Howard, Hallman has earned victories over Ben Saunders (decision victory) and Karo Parisyan, whom he stopped early in the first round of their UFC 123 meeting.
Hallman will next collide with Anthony Waldburger at UFC Fight Night 24, on March 26th in Seattle.
Waldburger sports a 13-5 record and made his promotional debut at UFC Fight Night 22 where he notched a unanimous decision win over fellow UFC neophyte David Mitchell.
