New Japan will debut its third dojo boy of 2010 on the debut “NEVER” show (8/24 at Shin-Kiba 1st RING) when Hiromu Takahashi begins his career. Takahashi is the third of the latest dojo class (pictured here in the center with King Fale on the left and Kyosuke Mikami on the right) to debut in the current year and as of this January was just 19-years-old, although he may be 20 now. He looks to be fairly short so is likely to be a junior heavyweight. Also added to NEVER.1 are Taichi and K-DOJO’s Taichi Takizawa.
Speaking of Fale and Mikami, here is a recent match between them from the 7/8 Matsumoto event. Traditional young lion match with basic moves but lots of stiffness and intensity. Fale is much bigger than Mikami and so far has the upper hand over him.
