I had the honour of writing and helping rank Japanese wrestlers for the Pro Wrestling Illustrated 500 issue again this year. This is the third year in a row I’ve written profiles for all of the included Japanese-based wrestlers and hopefully I can continue to in future. Anyway, just a mention that the annual 500 edition will be released very soon (I believe August 3rd) so if you want to see my profiles, grab a copy. I always do my best to promote Japanese wrestling through my work for PWI. 
A reminder that I have a Twitter account! I use it almost exclusively to cover New Japan-related stuff, often reporting stuff fast on there and occasional tidbits that might not make it to this site. If you aim a Tweet at me (by typing @toukonstuart at the start) I will read it and reply.
One other reminder that comments on SSS are now off. I had to do that because the comment system was being hit by up to 100 spambot comments per day and it was becoming too much hassle to clean up. For discussion of New Japan and any other promotion, please visit our forums and join up.
Finally, I will be covering tomorrow’s New Japan PPV from the Tsukisamu Alpha Court Dome live here on SSS from about 3pm JST which works out as 2am EDT, 11pm PDT, and 7am GMT. Updates may start half an hour late or so but no later than the opening match. Below is the final card and match order. Despite the injury keeping him off recent shows, TAJIRI is still scheduled to face Yano but Honma is off the show with an injury and replaced by King Fale.
