SITE NOTE: I'm headed up to the Saratoga race track to gamble on some horses (wish me luck!) and then we're headed to the Saratoga City Center for a live pro boxing event tonight. I won't be home until very, very late. I plan to be awake real early tomorrow (Saturday) and will update the news then. We're then throwing a huge birthday bash with 30+ people on Saturday for my niece who's turning five. I'm in control of grilling and a shitload of kids so news will be a little slower than normal over the next few days. I'll update as I get time. Just thought I'd give you a heads up just in case you got wondering. Thanks for your continued support of the website - we appreciate it a ton!

Although he was featured in the online video promo for Hardcore Justice on August 8, Shane Douglas has not yet agreed to terms with TNA to appear at the PPV.

A person close to The Franchise said that Douglas was worried that fans might order the PPV expecting to see him and then be disappointed if he didn't show.
